Waist circumference is now believed to be a much more accurate measure of future health risk than BMI alone. Carrying too much fat around your middle is associated with an increased risk of developing heart disease and diabetes. It's also associated with a greater risk of high cholesterol levels which, in turn, increase the risk of heart attacks and strokes.A waist circumference greater than 80cm (32in) for women and 94cm (37in) for men increases the risk of cardiovascular diseases, for example, heart attacks and stroke, and diabetes.
The greatest risk is for women with a waist measurement of more than 88cm (35in) and men with a waist measurement of more than 102cm (40in).

Several good ways to make a sexy belly: 1. Move your body along the latin music, in Rhumba, cha-cha, or samba dance is good to get rid of that unwanted fat around your belly (while we enjoy a sexy, refreshing dance).Wanna do Jive?...great!...
2. Watch out what you eat & drink. beware of excessive alcohol, unless you want a pot belly :)
3. Using gym ball to train your abdominal muscle is also good.

many people of the world suffers to certain diseases due to obesity or over weigth...overweigth is abnormal condition of the body...and large waist is one of the signs of obesity/overweigth....people want to get rid of this situation but dont have the time to go to a gym...some dont have the financials to buy some stuff for exercise...one simple thing should be considered...this one thing is seldom practice nowadays..."walking" is simple but effective execise... our body is design by God fit for every move that makes us healthy...and the most easiest way move is to walk...start a day with a 30 minute walk every morning and have a simple diet also...dont eat everything you want but only what you need...remember that we do not live to eat, but we eat to live and be healthy and serve our god...
