Celebrate the Beauty
When u hear that “beauty” word, what comes into your mind?... “Beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder,” I think that’s right, but the real beauty is coming from. inside out.We know that we (guys and gals) were created in God’s own image, and I’m sure that God is not ugly at all. So, I think, we’re all having our own beauty, so let’s celebrate that beauty. But the matter is: in some people (and for some reasons), they just can not radiate their beauty. (They better find out the reasons).Tuesday, October 7, 2008
daily life
1. Unhealthy —and unclean— skin, hair, teeth etc.
2. B.O (body odor).
So far, all the people I knew always give negative comments about B.O, for example: skanky, nasty, disgusted....ew... (There are several moments when I almost passed out just because I was trapped next to someone with a stinky B.O)
The bible said that our bodies are God’s temples, so if we honor God, we should valuing our own body by taking good care of it, inside and outside.
Some ways we can do to taking care of those “living temples of God” are:
1. Maintain our joyful heart in every situation.
I know that sometimes it might not be easy, but let’s try to look at the Bible; we have abundant reasons to live our daily life with a joyful heart.
A cheerful disposition is good for your health; gloom and doom leave you bone-tired.
Proverb 17:22 (NASV)
S = (enough)Sleep
E = Eating ( Make sure we nourish our body with healthy food and balance nutrition)
X = (enough) eXercise
Let’s Celebrate our beauty and have a great SEX :)

Some simple tips to fight B.O:
1. When you bathe, use an anti-bacterial soap, clean your armpit thoroughly.
2. Don’t use synthetic clothes and tight model around your arm.
3. If you don’t wanna use deodorant, try applying alcohol, apple-vinegar, or white- vinegar under your arm by cotton after bathing. These can decrease your skin PH so that bacteria can’t live there.
If those 3 tips can’t fight your B.O, and it really disturbing the people around you, please consult your physician.
